
Madeline Frank
As a marathon runner, Madeline knows true commitment to a dream takes work. She comes to M&M International with almost a decade of experience working in customer success and business development for an eco-friendly business. Bringing exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to the non-profits she now serves.
Prior to that, Madeline worked for the Kids Up Front Foundation and interned at the MLSE Foundation in Toronto, in program coordination, donor relations and community development.
She has deep knowledge in relationship management, strategic planning, and reporting. Attention to detail, perseverance and adaptability are some of her strong suits.
Madeline passion for international development was born in the classroom but lived out through her experience as a program coordinator in Georgetown, Guyana and Nairobi, Kenya. In Mexico City, she managed events before returning home to complete her post graduate diploma in Marketing Management at Humber College. This international work experience developed her expertise and creative thinking within non-profit and small business, which she uses to motivate others throughout her career.
