M & M International is an independent fundraising consulting firm, owned and operated by Martha Asselin and Murray McCarthy. We are a unique provider of strategic planning and philanthropic development services for nonprofit and faith-based organizations and churches, having served more than 350 organizations since 1998. As a professional consulting firm, we dedicate ourselves to the fulfillment of our values of stewardship.
Kathy has worked with M & M International as a consultant and is known for her capacity to build relationships with clients. Notably, Kathy worked with 26 parishes in the Anglican Diocese of Ottawa with the Growing in Faith Together campaign where M & M International was instrumental in raising $12.3 million over five years.
Theresa is an interviewer in planning feasibility studies within M & M International since 2010. Theresa has actively worked on several campaign studies and campaign initiatives. Theresa brings a significant amount of experience from the private sector as an owner of a small business over the last ten years.
Rob has been raising money for not-for-profit organizations for 20 years with over half of that time dedicated to raising money in the church and faith-based organizations. Rob served in the department of Church Funding Services at Navion Financial Development as Associate from 1997-2000 and led numerous diocesan and church studies and stewardship initiatives across Canada.
With a decade of communications experience, Elise is known for her ability to get to the heart of complex concepts and package them in ways that resonate with the right people. An idea machine, she brings strategic, creative thinking to every project she touches and has expertise in communications strategy, storytelling, messaging, brand development, knowledge translation and stakeholder relations.
